Telephone Calls

This number is answered 24 hours a day, 7 days per week. It is answered at the office between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. and by the telephone answering service after hours and weekends. Our telephone policy is designed to offer you complete services and at the same time limit in-office patient care interruptions. When you call the office, please be prepared to give the following information:

1. Your name and telephone number
2. A brief description of your medical problem
3. A list of your allergies
4. A list of all medications you are taking

If an emergency situation occurs after office hours, the answering service will attempt to page one of our physicians however, if you suspect a stroke or are having serious problems, DO NOT DELAY, these situations are best handled in an Emergency Room.
